River Burch Gallery – Cedaredge’s Living Room
You’ve probably walked by the River Burch Gallery on Main Street many times. While you may have enjoyed spending time in the front gallery viewing the owner’s lifelong collection of art, books and vinyl records, Tour de Cedars is your chance to see what’s beyond “Cedaredge’s Living Room.” A complete renovation of this turn of the century building includes a well-designed private apartment that takes advantage of a small area. Linger on the recently completed outdoor patio that extends the living space.

Small Scale is Stunningly Upscale
When the owners were planning their retirement home they were attracted to the small house concept. The open floor plan, butterfly roof, and floor to ceiling windows are important features of Stillwater Dwellings that also make the house energy efficient. Enjoy the feeling of spaciousness and the uninterrupted views of the San Juan Mountains and the Grand Mesa. In addition to the main house, stop by the 510 square foot guest house that was also assembled like a kit from Pan Abode.
